DON'S PROFILE
Born in Beverly, MA to parents from New London / Groton CT who in the military, Don & his siblings were raised in Monterey, CA, Juneau, AK, as well as Portsmouth & Alexandria, VA. He and his family are members of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut and direct descendants of Uncas, the infamous chief/sachem of the Mohegan Tribe in the early to mid-1600's. Not only a musician, Don works as well in federal business development for tribally-owned and individually-owned Native American businesses.

With over 25 years of professional musical experience as a solo artist and in bands including touring, recording, composing, and performing regionally, Don is a musical fixture and local mainstay in the DC/Baltimore/N VA region.
Besides performing regularly in the region, his musical exploits include performing "sideman" services for other singer/songwriters as a lead guitarist / harmony / backing vocalist both live & in the studio..and is always interested in working with new original recording artists & performers! Like his namesake father & two sons, Don is a proud member of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut; Native American Indians from the Thames River region of Connecticut. His father Donald Sr. recently served for four years on the Mohegan Tribal Council in Uncasville, CT. The Mohegan Sun resort located on the Mohegan reservation is one of the most culturally wonderful & prosperous casino resort destinations in the entire world.
